Need advice badly help.?

OK soo a while back one of my best friends was raped..... and she came to me first she passed out on my house and she spent the last few months in the hospital and now she is out. and once again she came to me first. so i need to know what i should do to help her cope.... talk about it ...... go to therapy or somthing give me the most detailed responce you can.
